1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ultra Ascension Portal ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ultra Ascension Portal ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Ultra Ascension Portal is a breathwork and meditation application that provides:

• Guided breathwork sessions with 18+ breathing patterns.
• 22+ meditation types including silent, mindfulness, and spiritual practices.
• Personally recorded guided meditation audio sessions.
• 532 Hz healing frequency sessions.
• Ambient soundscapes for meditation.
• Reflection journal with mood tracking.
• Daily streak and progress tracking.
• Premium subscription features via Ascension Pro.

3. Subscription Terms

Ultra Ascension Portal offers the following subscription options:

• Ascension Pro Monthly: $11.00 per month with a 7-day free trial.
• Ascension Pro Annual: $99.00 per year.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
