The Ultra Ascension Portal (the "App") values your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.

The App is built on a local-first architecture.

• Journal & Practice Data: All journal entries, moods, session history, and streaks are stored locally on your device using an internal database (Room DB).

• No Cloud Sync: We do not transmit, store, or backup your personal reflections or practice data to any external servers.

• Personal Information: We do not collect personal identification information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

  1. Third-Party Sharing

Since your data never leaves your device, we do not share, sell, or trade your data with any third parties.

  1. Permissions

• Notifications: Used for practice reminders and streak alerts.

• Exact Alarms: Used to ensure your reminders trigger exactly when you want them.

  1. Data Deletion

You have total control over your data. Deleting the App will permanently remove all locally stored journal entries and history.

PART 2: TERMS OF USE By using the App, you agree to the following terms:

• Not Medical Advice: The techniques (Breathwork/Meditation) provided are for educational and spiritual purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

• Assumption of Risk: You practice these techniques at your own risk. Consult a physician before starting, especially if you have heart/respiratory conditions or are pregnant.

  1. Subscriptions and Billing

• Payments: Pro subscriptions are handled exclusively through the Google Play Store.

• Management: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings.

• No Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Google Play Support.

  1. Intellectual Property

All visual assets, the "Divine Theme," icons, and unique technique configurations are the property of the App developer. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the App.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for any damages (including data loss or physical injury) arising from the use or inability to use the App.
